Deever Device Care is an In-Home solution for all your technical problems. While we don’t offer a typical office or physical location, we come to you! It means we’re mobile and flexible and can get anything done without you ever having to leave the comfort of your home! Perhaps you prefer a different location? That’s totally fine, just make sure to include that in the booking with the details.

We 100% believe in customer satisfaction, we do require payment upfront. Technical issues can range and vary, and can be hard to see without being there. That is why we try every solution, though sometimes, it is out of our hands.

If that is the case, you are refunded if a service can not be completed. If the service can not be completed, you will not be charged at all. We do not offer refunds once a service has successfully been completed and solved (unless for good reason.)

Services are rounded up to the nearest half hour for 30 minute services, and to the full hour for 60 minute services. This means that if a service usually takes 30 minutes is done sooner, it will still be charged for the full 30 minutes and so on for the 60 minute service.
